  5. Déposer cette farce sur les feuilles de yufka dans le moule et couvrir par 5 autres par dessus tout en badigeonnant le mélange précédemment décris entre chaque feuille de yufka.
  6. Enfourner à 200 degrés pendant 20 min et servir chaud avec une petite salade
